| You can use the same form for both types of transactions. Our
current form is designed to be completed by one or two people. If you are
buying a home with additional parties, we encourage you to speak with an AAXA
loan advisor directly. Filling out the
mortgage loan application online should take between five to ten
minutes. If you do not know how to answer a question, simply leave it blank and
a loan advisor will discuss it with you in greater detail during a follow-up

Getting Started on Your Mortgage Loan Application

step-by-step instructions. It is imperative that you understand that you can
only "lock-in" an interest rate after speaking with an AAXA loan advisor and
signing an Agreement for Financial Services. We will not begin processing your
