We just went through the process of purchasing a home for the third time. It was our first experience with AAXA and with a mortgage over the Internet. We were more than impressed, despite our initial skepticism. A friend recommended AAXA to us. The personal communication via e-mail, phone, and fax was excellent. AAXA was very professional and efficient, explaining everything at our level the whole way through. AAXA’s in-house underwriting, closing, and funding departments truly improved processing compared to our last two experiences with other companies. We did hit one snag relating to an inaccurate appraisal, which could have cost us our locked rate due to the deadline. AAXA quickly helped rectify the problem, directly dealing with those involved, saving the day. They burned the candle at both ends a few nights, and we are extremely grateful.
