the Historic District of downtown Wilmington, NC.
Past Experience: Ms. Saunders has over ten
years of mortgage industry experience including several
years as an Account Executive with a major National
lender and as the previous owner of Plantation Mortgage.

of investor guidelines has made her an invaluable
