his B.A. in Marketing from Missouri State University
and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at
Wilmington. Kelly spent the early stages of his career
in the oil and gas industry before teaming up with
AAXA at their headquarters in Wilmington, NC. In 2005,
Kelly relocated to Frisco, TX to open AAXA's first
Texas branch.
Interests & Activities: Mr. Decker enjoys
life in Texas with his wife and daughter where they
try to keep active outdoors, as well as travel as
much as possible.
