Education & Past Experience: Kelly earned his B.A. in Marketing from Missouri State University and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Kelly spent the early stages of his career in the oil and gas industry before joining the mortgage industry in 2003. In 2005, Kelly relocated to Frisco, TX to head-up the Texas mortgage operations for AAXA Discount Mortgage. Prior to joining First United, Kelly was the Branch Manager for American Bank's Frisco, TX branch.

Interests & Activities: Mr. Decker enjoys life in Texas with his wife and daughter where they try to keep active outdoors, as well as travel as much as possible.
