and has also lived in Williamston, Wilmington, Fayetteville,
Gastonia, Richmond VA, Falmouth MA, Londonderry NH,
and Konigstein Germany.
Currently Resides: near Futch Creek in the
Scotts Hill area with his wife Kathy and their Westie,
Thatcher.

Education & Past Experience: John holds
a BS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University,
and following a career in customer service and logistics
management, joined the mortgage industry in 2003.
He has been a loan officer serving the Pender, New
Hanover, Onslow and Carteret County real estate markets
since 2004.
Interests & Activities: John and Kathy
are very active in their Church, where they co-labor
as managers of the meeter-greeter volunteers. John
has also been active in the Topsail Island Association
of Realtors, and often teaches the mortgage module
of their orientation program.
