Education & Past Experience: John originally
moved to the Wilmington area to attend UNCW where
he earned his BS in Finance. Post graduation, John
worked as a stock banker and in automobile finance
before moving back to Wilmington and entering the
mortgage business in 1992. John has worked at some
of the largest banks in the industry for over 15 years.
He knows the business top to bottom, as he has processed
loans, underwritten, closed, performed post-close
audits, and reviewed condominiums.
About John: John found his real passion in
1995 as a mortgage loan advisor. His ability to understand
his clients' needs, and recommend the best product
has made John a champion with his customers. Winner
of several awards, including the distinguished Masters
and Presidents Club award, John has built a loyal
following of repeat customers and referral sources.
A native North Carolinian, and an avid outdoorsman,
John enjoys boating, fishing, camping, traveling,
and live music.
