UNC-Wilmington and graduated with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration. Jim has spent over
25 years in the financial services industry and lived
in Atlanta, Kansas City, and Chesapeake, VA before
moving back to Wilmington in 2005. Jim strives to
always be available to communicate and guide his customers
through the loan process. Purchasing a home is the
largest single investment most people make in their
lifetimes, and he is dedicated to ensuring that it

Interests & Activities: When he is not
fishing or lounging around the beach, Jim and his
wife, Guadalupe, enjoy spending time with their three
children and their two granddaughters.
