Education & Past Experience: Jim earned
his BS in Physics from the University of North Carolina
at Wilmington and an MS in Health Physics from the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His career
started as a consulting scientist working across the
country. Upon moving back to Wilmington in the mid
90’s Jim served as Operations Manager for a local
technology company. Since joining AAXA in 2002 Jim
has personally brokered over 700 loans with more than
$150,000,000 in volume. Jim has broad knowledge and
experience with a wide variety of real estate transactions
in many states.
Interests & Activities: In his spare time
Jim is an avid cyclist and he also enjoys gardening,
reading, fishing and music.
