Jake Thomaier

Jake was born and raised in the New England area of Nashua, New Hampshire and resided there until relocating to Wilmington, NC in 2005. Jake holds an MBA in Business Management which contributed to his successful fifteen year career in the banking industry, working for national lenders such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and TD Banknorth. In 2006, Jake joined AAXA Mortgage as a Loan Officer in our Wilmington headquarters, bringing with him his expertise of the lending field. Jake and his family decided it was time to escape the coldl North Eastern winters and move to a coastal town in the South to experience warm ocean breezes. When Jake has free time, he enjoys reading, playing basketball and keeping active in a local church with his family. The valuable knowledge he possesses in the banking arena enables him to provide his clients with the best possible solution and lowest mortgage rates for their home financing needs.
