I will freely admit that I am a personal finance, budgeting, money saving nerd. I am always looking for new ways to cut costs, lower the family budget, and make do with less – and love sharing these ideas with others. I am far from perfect on the financial front – my major money spending weaknesses are throwing parties, gifts, buying things for my daughter, and new clothes.
