In order to help customers compare similar loans, we use the following parameters in conducting our rate survey: Loan amount $225,000, sales price $285,000, purchase transaction, 720 credit score, 30 day rate lock, taxes and insurance being escrowed, single family primary residence located in North Carolina, fully documented loan. Fees only include those which are charged by the lender or broker. Third party fees are not added into the survey.

AAXA conducts this survey by simply going to the web sites of the listed lenders and entering the aforementioned loan parameters. Mortgage rates may change at any point during a given day so site visitors may wish to verify rates on their own. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the rates that are posted.
