In 2006, Charles joined the AAXA team as a Loan Advisor bringing with him over 14 years of experience in the mortage industry. Originally from Winstom-Salem, NC, Mr. Blankenbeckler has called Macon, GA home for the past ten years before relocating to Wilmington in 2004. Charles graduated Winthrop University with a degree in Finance and Economics. He started his career in the mortgage business in 1993 broadening his knowlegde of mortgage lending by running two companies in GA and also owning his own mortgage company. His experience includes all fields of financing from the conventional and sub-prime markets, to jumbo loans and construction loans. Charles is dedicated to assisting his clients find the
best mortgage rates available. Charles stays busy with his wife and three kids, his passion for fishing, as well as dabbling in real estate with buying and selling properties.
