AAXA Discount Mortgage’s Bridge Loan Program
|
| If you are looking for a bridge loan to help you
purchase a new home, you have come to the right place. AAXA has partnered with
one of the Nation’s leading lending institutions to offer a unique bridge loan
program that is an interest-only home equity line of credit. The program is
designed as temporary solution for borrowers who currently have their existing
home under contract but are in need of funds to close on a new property.

Bridge Loan Program Highlights and Program Criteria*:

Primary residences (up to 95%). Maximum draw at closing cannot
surpass 95% of the approved line amount. After two weeks, the remaining 5% can
be accessed.

Second homes (up to 80%).
|
|
Bridge loans can range from $55,000 up to $1,000,000.
|
|
No private mortgage insurance (PMI) or escrows required.
|
|
Interest only payments keep monthly obligations low until
other your home is sold and line can be either paid off or reduced.
|
|
Once the bridge loan HELOC has been paid down, the line can be
used as cash reserves for other expenses (i.e. college, remodeling projects,
automobiles, etc.).

|
Low lender closing costs ($4.50 flood certification, $5 credit
report).
|
|
Full appraisal and title required.
|
|
No prepayment penalty!
|
|
Our investor’s bridge loans have 10 year access and interest
only periods, and 20 year periods for repayment.

Draws can either be made by check or credit card.
|
|
Qualified borrowers may be eligible for fixed rate lock
