Brian Mitchell
|
Brian Mitchell is AAXA Discount Mortgage’s Vice
President of Operations. Brian is a Greenville, NC native who attended North
Carolina State University where he obtained a BS and MS degree in Engineering.
His previous experience included various engineering and project management
roles with General Motors and Corning Incorporated. While obtaining his MBA,
Brian became interested in the Mortgage Banking Industry after executing a
business analysis project for AAXA. After completion of his MBA, Brian opted
for a career change and switched from Engineering to join AAXA Discount
Mortgage in 2002. During his tenure at AAXA, Brian has worked in many
capacities including Sales, Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Finance. This broad
expertise is a valued asset not only to the AAXA organization, but also to our
customers. You can still find him originating a few
home loans just to stay close to the heartbeat of the organization.
When Brian is not helping run the company operations, he spends his time with
his wife and their two daughters, exercising, boating, and playing
golf.
