- All conforming loans up to $417,000, regardless of amount, are priced at the lowest rate possible and you pay a flat $395 (never an assumed 1% origination fee).

- Any points you choose to pay will be used for the sole purpose of offering you an even lower interest rate.
- The entire loan process is handled efficiently via phone, overnight mail, fax, e-mail and/or secure electronic application. There is no cost to apply.
