06-09-06 – AAXA Documented in Wall Street Journal Survey for Top 5 Most Competitive Rates
On Friday June 9th, 2006, AAXA Discount Mortgage appeared in the Wall Street Journal for offering one of the top five lowest 30 year fixed rate mortgage APRs in the nation. The survey was conducted by Bankrate.com and the WSJ Data Market Group. AAXA Discount Mortgage of Wilmington, NC, showed an APR of 5.97% based upon a loan size of $165,000 with an 80% loan to value ratio. This was the third time since March 2006 in which AAXA has appeared in the survey.
