| In a recent Bankrate.com mortgage rate survey
published in the Peoria Journal Star, AAXA Discount Mortgage offered the lowest
30 year fixed jumbo mortgage rate and APR out of fourteen competing Illinois

15 year fixed rate mortgage APR. Despite finishing second in the 30 year
