Brief - AAXA Offers Lowest Zero Point Mortgage Rates in Milwaukee Journal
Survey Conducted by Bankrate.com
In a recent rate survey conducted on May 7, 2006
by Bankrate.com, AAXA Discount Mortgage offered the lowest
30 year fixed rate mortgage and
15 year fixed mortgage rates (with zero points) out of fourteen
competing lenders and brokers. The survey was published in the Sunday edition
of the Milwaukee Journal. AAXA’s zero point rate of 6.25% (6.42% APR) for a 30
year fixed rate mortgage and 5.875% (6.15% APR) for a 15 year fixed was
significantly lower than DITECH’s offering of 6.375% (w/ 2 points) for a 30
year and 5.875 (w/ 2 points) for a 15 year programs.
