| In a recent Connecticut Post mortgage rate survey
conducted by Bankrate.com, AAXA Discount Mortgage led a pack of six lenders and
brokers by offering a 5.659% APR on a
30 year fixed rate mortgage product. AAXA also offered the lowest
interest rate of all participating companies for a
15 year fixed rate mortgage with zero discount and origination points.
The survey also appeared in the Brooks Community Newspapers. AAXA is a discount
