Our History.

Our founder began in the mortgage industry in 1996 after a brief career on Wall Street. He quickly came to realize that Wall Street exists primarily to serve itself, so he founded a mortgage company with an emphasis on serving clients first. The underpinning of AAXA’s current business philosophy was developed during the initial ramp-up. Our relationships with investors and lending partners were intensely cultivated in the early years. These relationships continue to be essential in providing competitive pricing and consistency of high quality service today and in the future. Our corporate headquarters is located in a 14,000 square foot facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. Regional branch offices are located in South Carolina, Texas, and Arizona.
