With a 30/10 Interest Only Jumbo Loan, what happens
after the first 10 years?

| After the initial interest-only ten year period,
the remaining balance is re-amortized over the remainder of the loan.
Essentially, the loan then becomes a 20 year fixed jumbo mortgage because the
remaining balance must be paid off during the last twenty years of the loan. If
