No Doc Mortgage “LC
Plus” Program - 100% Financing

| AAXA is pleased to offer a wide variety of no
documentation home loan programs to our clients. These no doc mortgage products
are ideal for self employed borrowers or homeowners who do not want the hassle
of a full documentation program. “True No Doc” programs, such as the “LC Plus
Program”, typically do not ask for any employment, income, or personal asset
information to be listed on an application. Investors basically look at your
credit score as the primary indicator that you are good at managing your money.
With the “LC Plus No Doc Program”, the lender will accept borrowers with credit
scores down to 620. This program is available on primary residences, second
homes and investment properties (down to a 660 score). The “LC Plus” program
will even allow for up to 100% no doc financing. We have a handful of great no
